The Regency On Elm

I woke up one night to an infestation of unidentified bugs on my bedroom wall one at 2am. Without my mind running away from me I requested the Regency management to get this swarm of critters identified. I come to find out that I have bed bugs, which they later try to blame on me. The worse part, the property manager Suzette wouldn’t follow up with me when it would be treated. I sat in the dark for 9 days until one of the Property directors, Shaun, started to give me answers. The first treatment was not applied until the 10th day of them knowing bed bugs were present in the building, which I think is a bit unprofessional. Later, I come to find out my neighbor and others are infected in the building. I’m not saying the Regency is a bad place to live but I haven’t been able to sleep for months in fear I’m being attacked by these blood sucking intruders. more

No utilities actually work. The carpet in the hallway is stained, smells like mildew and is moldy. People smoke in their apartments so the apartment building smells like old cigerette smoke. Especially at night when everyones smoking its hard to breathe. Air conditioningn does not work it has been off for three months and when you try and ask management about it they lie to you. Management is terrible here and is not helpful and unreasonable. Run from this place. May look like a good deal but its not thats how they get everyone! Impossible to end your lease when you finally can get out of here! Cons: terrible management,no utilities work,building falling apart more
