I will never forget the sense of FREEDOM I felt after signing up to workout at The Perfect Workout! The morning after my first workout I remember thinking ""I don't have to workout today!"" After 4 months of training with a personal trainer at another large gym 2 times a week and being told I should be at the gym on my own at least 3 more days per week ""to see results,"" it was so freeing to have NO guilt about not working out that day, not to mention the time savings!! When my mom came for Christmas, she thought I was as small as I was when I started high school! Okay, so, I've told you about the time savings, weight/inches lost, but how IN SHAPE did I really get just working out 1 hour a week? This is what really convinced me: A few months into my Perfect Workout, a friend from Canada came down for a visit. She had been training for a mini-triathalon, putting in hours a week to get in shape. As I joined her in her daily workout, I was in better shape than her!!
