I started lifting weights at age 26 and stopped about 23 years later due to a shoulder injury from dancing. Before the injury, I had read about slow motion weight lifting and actually tried it on my own although I didn?t know enough about the technique to keep doing it. I never imagined that I would get back to it in 2012 but as fate would have it ? and I love it. The coaches are wonderful, I am getting my strength back, and doing so in only 20 minutes twice a week. For me the Perfect Workout is the perfect workout!
