Poor experience with the service delivery! I purchased my Groupon massage deal with the Mindful Body. First time I scheduled massage appointment online as The Mindful Body have an option on their website, and promotional ad does not state that we cannot do that. The morning of my appointment (which was scheduled at 1 pm), the owner Jessica Stone called and cancelled my appointment with explanation that Groupon customers cannot schedule appointments online although it is NOT listed anywhere on their website. By the way, they have a policy for the fining customers, who cancel appointment less than 24hrs before the service: customer's credit card got charged for that. However, Jessica did NOT offer me any kind of compensation for my appointment cancelation for a such short notice. I guess it is one way street for them then. Anyway, I decided to give her another chance and scheduled appointment for another time. I really should not!!!!!
