For our 2001 wedding, we chose the catering from the Mills House Hotel. Our reception was at the South Carolina Aquarium, which had a select list of caterers who were allowed to work parties at the Aquarium. From the list, the Mills House hotel had the best selection of food and options available. The catering director we worked with was top-notch, she practically served as a wedding programmer as far as everything at the reception was concerned. We had a chance to taste all the food we were interested in before making our choice, and she was a great help in organizing the order of events at our reception. On our wedding night, she made sure that everything was taken care of and that we would not have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend their services and the food was delicious.
