Went to the MGM Grand Buffet in January 2003 upon a recommendation by my brother and his wife. We're glad we went! Service was outstanding and food was generally very good, though, as in any situation that focuses on such quantity, on occasion the quality was not consistent. The salad bar could use some improvement, though the prepared salad selection was good. Prime rib was tasty--good au jus! HUGE crab legs! Nice selection of side dishes, kid-appropriate foods, and desserts as well. Vegetarians might not have much of a choice, and it certainly isnt quiet or romanticbut then again, its a buffet, so should it be either of those things? We enjoyed it so much, we went again the next evening and enjoyed it just as much the second time around. Will go there again.
