We arrived a little before lunch time and the place was impeccably clean. In fact, co owner AJ makes it a point to provide top quality service and food. His inspiration came from his travels in Europe where Doner Kebabs was all he ate. He preferred it over hamburgers and pizza, which says a lot. Doner Kebabs, which are the meat rotating on metal cooking axel, were his favorite because of the flavor and it was a healthy choice. His vision is to see this cuisine become popular in California. Aside from the chicken and lamb meat options, there is a choice of gourmet salads as well. Hummus salad, cucumber and lentil salad are among the choices. All their produce is purchased from high quality vendors, the same that you would get at a high end steakhouse. AJ knows the importance of quality, even in a tough economy. He knows that a customer will return if the food stays consistent and consistently good. This means fresh, fast and flavorful.\r
