PROs: 1-Overall, still EXCELLENT after the 10-12+ yrs I've gone there. 2-FRIENDLY, KIND STAFF & STUDENTS, generally more than willing to listen & to please. 3-GOOD ADVICE 4-ALWAYS CURRENT 5-APPT REMINDER EMAILS & CALLS 6-APPT AVAILABILITY for me ~75+% of the time, often with short notice,(<7-10days) due to my varied work weeks. 7-CONVENIENT LOCATION 8-ACCURATE ESTIMATES of SERVICE TIME in virtually all cases. 9-GREAT PRODUCTS yet NO PRESSURE TO BUY 10-WELL DESIGNED & COMFORTABLE NONs/NEGATIVES OVERALL, NEGLIGIBLE: 1-I wanted a few more highlights 1x (when I felt a need to be blondish), but it was corrected soon after at no charge. 2-One girl may have thought very short hair like hers would look better than the shoulder length trim I wanted & plainly requested up front. Engrossed in my reading as usual, it was too late when I learned I'd now had an embarrassing mullet grazing the bottoms of my ears! I made her stop cutting, left promptly, cried for hours upon leaving (& for days after, a 1st because of hair), & immediately bought a couple of similarly colored falls at two Sallie Beauty shops before they closed for the night.
