Awful customer service. More concerned about the bottom line than they are actual customers. Slow maintenance, poor managers; a generally awful place to live. You can save money and live in better places. more

Don't rent here!! 1/18/2012

This is the worst apartment I have ever rented. Everything is old, maintenance repairs are slow, sloppy and temporary, they never last! We have had problems with air, water, screens, appliances not just once but two to three times for each. The bathroom tiles fall off and leave holes exposed than maintenance comes and caulks the living day lights out of it leaving it very unsightly!! Snow and ice removal or salting isn't done 98% of the time! You can do much better for the money! Oh I forgot to tell you this all happened in a short period of 5 months! Laundry room sucks only 4 poor working washers and one is usually broken! No windows! Heating units don't work right no windows but have big drafty sliding doors!! I'm out of here as soon as my lease is up!! more

The Creeks on Kirklevington is by far the worst place I have ever lived in terms of maintenance and management. Maintenance requests are NEVER answered in a timely manner. It takes several days, even weeks to assist you with your problem. And there are 3 visitor parking slots for the entire complex. They seem so genuine and sincere when you are moving in, and even helpful. But once you have signed your lease you are treated disrespectfully and insultingly. It does NOT feel like a home. Your own vehicle does NOT get towed at your home. more

Fabulous!! 9/11/2010

This is a fabulous apartment community. Wehave undergone some incredible renovations. It's like living at a resort. The Creeks has the best pool in Lexington, awesome Sports Lounge, fitness center tanning bed and even a fire pit. The rent is cheap for everything that you get. There is plenty of parking spots available. Its the new place to be!!! Everyone is talking about it! Come check out what all the hype is about! You will be glad you did!! more
