On Thursday may 6 a co-worker and I decided to go to the Cracked Egg location on Cheyenne for our lunch. I called in our order and let the server know that I wanted to eat at the restaurant. He said that would be okay and that we could eat at the bar area. Which I agreed to. My co-worker and I arrived and received our order and sat at the bar area. Before we could eat the food we were approached by the owner Curtis which so rudely said,"" This is unacceptable and this cannot happen again I have told the employee and now I am letting you know that this cannot happen again,"" I (Shantel) said"" Oh okay we'll we didn't know the gentlemen over the phone said that we could do so."" Then he reiterated the same thing that he had just told my co-worker and I demanded a response from us. I just feel that all in the entire place has good food, but the kindness of the customer service makes it better to go and enjoy your meal. I was so upset because now I will never get to that Establishment on Cheyenne but there are no other ones in my area. So my experience was not a good one. And it's sad to say, but when I called to get the owner's name he told me that he was not available and asked what the reason for my call was. I told him it was concerning the order that I tried to receive and then he let me know that it was him (Curtis) the owner. It's just too much complication to go back and forth with a liar and I feel that if you are an owner that you should have the best customer service because the establishment represents you.
Pros: great food
Cons: CURTIS IS THE OWNER AND HE IS RUDE!!!!
