Love the tiramisu here

This place used to be good. My jambalaya, which I have had here before, was dry. No liquid at all. My son had the dry orange chicken. What happened to this place. So expensiv...

My favorite place in bellevue 9/17/2011

Food is delicious. Staring with the hot Just baked brown bread. The menu is huge. My favorite dish is the crispy chicken costoleta, just amazing. Portions are big so it's good for sharing too. I don't like cheesecakes but the tiramisu cake is a out of this world more

Cheesecake! 8/11/2008

People come all the way from neighboring countries to have the great cheesecake. Godiva cheesecake and Banana are my favorite. Their portions are really big so if you are going to have full entree, might not have space for a good slice of cheesecake. more

Cheesecake Cheesecake 7/20/2008

First time I went, I thought it was a place just for cheesecakes, but then I realized they served great foods too. The cheesecakes are awesome...just awesome. more

Bring an empty stomache and lose pants! 7/17/2008

- Great selection of food in all categories: appitizers, burgers, pastas, salads, desserts, etc. - Large portions too! - Price is fair. - Wait can be long, so put your name down and go shop in bellevue square (just next door) Just make sure you save room for dessert :) more

A note worthy chain.... 7/6/2006

If you like big portions, decent food, and decadent cheesecakes, Cheesecake Factory is the place to go. I especially like the one in Bellevue Square. The staff are much nicer then the one in Downtown. All the Cheesecake Factory have an extensive menu; from American Grill burgers, to sandwiches, to salads, to Pan Asian dishes such as the Thai Lettuce Wrap (my favorite). It'll satisfy any cravings you have. The pricing can be a little cheaper, but it's still not that bad for the huge portion. Their dessert menu is the best thing! My favorite is the Banana Cream Cheesecake! Yum...just perfect served with whip cream and fresh sliced bananas. Second to the Cheesecakes are the frozen mix drinks. These drinks are pretty pricey, but again, it's pretty big and will definitely quench your thirst! The downside to this chain? It gets really crowded and you always have to wait without reservation during dinner time in the weekends. Otherwise, you can usually depend on their consistency (at least from my experience) and big portions! more

They killed the dream 4/13/2006

A cheesecake factory. Could it sound any more delightful, any more wonderful? Well, yes, it sounds good, but the Cheesecake Factory in downtown Seattle is anything but. The wait is atrocious-- I really don't know why so many people are so eager to get in! Expect a good 45 minute wait on busy evenings, if you're lucky. The menu is over-the-top and I do not understand why they need to advertise in between pages. Can no one see that ploy? It's quite sad. The food comes in such wastefully large portions and it's not like you want to eat that food the next day anyways-- it is hastily, pre-prepared and always a sloppy mess, especially the sandwiches. The cheesecake is fine at the end, but by god you know you're gaining four pounds right then and there while you're enjoying the cheesecake. Really, why go here? It's over-produced, catering to the masses impersonal style is so jarring. more

The service sucks!! 4/8/2006

Ugh, I don't know why I even try anymore with the Cheesecake Factory. The wait is always at LEAST 30 minutes. Then, once you get to your table, you're given a 10 page menu, complete with advertisements, and a ton of options. This might be good for some people, but I prefer a menu with a few items that are excellent, opposed to a long list of of choices which aren't great. The portion size is laughable... literally, I laughed at the size of my pasta dish. And the service. It's hit or miss, but when you miss, it really sucks. Go someplace else. more

Dessert to die for! 4/4/2006

While the dinners here are less than stellar, one doesn't go to The Cheesecake Factory for dinner- they go for a huge piece of the most delicious cheesecake ever. The prices seem expensive, from about six to seven dollars a slice, depending on the flavor. But while the price might be more than a slice of cheesecake elsewhere, keep in mind that the slice you're getting here is going to be about twice as big, perfect for sharing (if you can agree on a flavor!) They have over two dozen varieties of cheesecake, everything from a basic strawberry to peanut butter cookie dough. No matter what kind you choose though, you are in for treat! more

Why so Much 3/20/2006

The Cheesecake Factory has good food and a good menu. Nothing is overwhelmingly that great. I'd say it's just ordinary restaurant style food. I wasn't overly impressed with anything, but I was shocked with the prices. Try adding up your bill at the end of the night and you'll be in shock too. For that kinda money, I woulda gone to a nicer restaurant!! more

Pricey Cheesecake 3/18/2006

So I thought the food was pretty ok at the Cheesecake Factory. It wasn't anything super special or anything, but still it was good food. Nice location near Bellevue Square. But I was surprised to get the final bill, because it shoulda been a really nice dinner! I guess for the money, I'd certainly try something new before I went back. more

Give a slice 3/18/2006

My biggest concern is the price. Besides that, this place is delicious. Not only are the cakes delish but it is pretty safe if you decide to order from the meal menu. They have a great selection, decorations are lively and nice. Quite a few people a dressed up even though it is a casual atmosphere. more

Suspiciously Large Menu 1/24/2006

Similar to my review of the downtown Seattle location (http://members.judysbook.com/posts/content/review.aspx?ci=253220 ), I am wary of the Cheesecake Factory due to it's ridiculously large menu. Since it's a chain, the food is what you would expect - ok but pretty mediocre. Although, the cheesecakes are quite good! They have tons of different types and they also have a good bar area, but they don't have happy hour, and overall I prefer the downtown Seattle location's ambience over the Bellevue location's. more

Another Great Chain! 11/29/2005

Located a Bellevue Square, Cheesecake Factory is another great chain! You may have to wait a while, especially on the weekend, but the food is delicious! There is a huge variety on the menu and you will be way too full for dessert, but how can you pass it up when you're at a restaurant named for it's dessert??? They have about 20 different cheesecakes to choose from! more
