I had visited this location quite a number of times due to the wonderful menu selection, however, the service there is completely and utterly HORRID. I was with two other fellow co-workers for an early dinner, and the first thing that went wrong was they had mistakenly given me chicken pad thai verses the beef I had originally ordered. I flagged the waiter down to inform him of the mistake, but just told him to charge me for the chicken and not the beef; it being that it is an almost $2.00 difference. He informed me that he would take care of it, walked away. After dining for about 10 minutes, I notice my waiter and a few other of the waiters were closely watching our table. Our table being quite silent unless discussing about upcoming events in regards to business, I was concerned a bit of my every bite being monitored. The waiter then rudely came back in an accusing tone that he would like to further check my meal for the 'mistake'. He then proceeded to take my plate AWAY from me as I was eating, and IN FRONT OF MY PARTY AND MYSELF AT OUR TABLE, DUG THROUGH MY FOOD WITH HIS FORK HE TOOK FROM HIS APRON. My friends and I sat in complete shock as for TWO minutes he proceeded to dig through my food. He found a tiny... teeny,.. sliver of beef and informed me, 'See? It is beef!'. I was baffled and stunned at what happened. I had been eating CHICKEN pad thai and apparently a sliver of beef was found. I informed the waiter that I had been eating chicken chunks in my meal the whole time, even pointing out the abundance of chicken still on my plate. He looked down and then looked at me stating, 'Oh, that is not chicken, it is egg'. Excuse me fellow diners, but if a grown adult cannot distingush the difference between 'egg' and 'chicken' here, then its the food. I repeated to the waiter that it was INDEED chicken.. NOT EGG (my fellow diner who had egg in his meal, showed the waiter the difference in his egg and my chicken.. which was as obvious as night and day), and after digging through my food, he said nothing and even TRIED to hand the plate back infront of me. I was compeletely appalled and furious and informed the waiter to take the plate away and that I no longer wanted the food he had not only DUG through and breathed all over, but that he might as well have tasted it to put icing on the cake. He left my 'mashed up' meal on the corner of the table and walked off, not returning. A fellow waitress who witness the whole thing apologized on the waiters behalf, but informed me he had already rug the ticket for the beef. I stated I wanting to see the manager, which they never did. My suggestion to all my diner friends out there, there is no food tasty enough for the disgusting and unsanitary condition and service that is worth coming here. No respect, no decency, no care. My suggestion is to try ISHI less than a quarter mile down the road (In front of Home Depot, beside the McDonalds. Not only is there food vass and delicious, it ranges from Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese and more; their service is courteous and unbeatable.
Pros: We left.
