Everything was great except for the food and the service and the atmosphere.. so nothing was that great, about the only good part was the waitress, she was helpful and quick to fill drinks and such. The ribeye steaks were awful cuts, mostly fat on all 3 of them. Sent one back for a fillet , which came to us very dry, as if someones squeezed all the juice out of it. Still got upcharged. Asked kindly to speak with the manager, and to my amazement, she was not helpful at all, and just proceeded to make excuse after excuse. Gave no refund or coupons for another visit, just told us that next time we should ask to inspect and choose a steak that isn't so fatty. This place has potential to be a great restaurant but they need to start ordering better cuts of meat, and do something about an unkind manager NIKKI.
