One of the worst experiences I've had purchasing from a shop in a long time. They overcharged my card and when I called back two weeks later, they repeatedly put me on long holds when I was trying to rectify the situation. To worsen the horrendousness that is TNR, I had a backordered item that was IN STOCK, that they just didn't ship to me...
The manger Art lied to me and said they don't keep copies of the receipt, and that I would have to fax MY copy in order for the to refund the money. He lied again to me when he said he would email the boss' contact information, which never came.
The owner Chris thought it was funny when he heard of his manager playing with me. He asked what I wanted, and when I said a better discount, he repeated it out loud so that the manager could laugh in the background. Amazing!
Avoid this company like the plague. They think helping customers is a joke.
