I purchased a Samsung Microwave from Terry's and from the start it did not work. Samsung sent out tecnician after tecnician but eventually they said the microwave could not be fixed. This is when I found out that Terry's is not a registered seller of Samsung products so they would not swap the microwave for a new one. This meant that I had to go through Samsung to get a refund which would have been ok except that I have not received a refund and it has been about a month (paperwork). Nobody can live without a microwave so I decided to purchase another one while waiting for a refund. I liked the Samsung microwave i originally purchased it had a convection oven and it went with the style of our kitchen. I called TERRY'S APPLIANCE and asked them if they would be able to sell me that microwave at the price I purchased it the first time maybe even a little more. TERRY'S told me it would be about $150.00 more to replace the microwave and the man was very rude. Terry's knew what was going on with the microwave that they sold originally and could care less. Just be careful when dealing with TERRY'S APLLIANCE. THEY DO NOT STAND UP FOR APPLIANCES THAT THEY SELL.
