My visit to Terry's was horrible. I went in to buy a scooter from them, submitted a purchased order, but I had to wait 5 days to buy it because they wouldn't be open until then. I told them that morning that I would be picking it up and they told me someone else would be coming in to ""look"" at it at 2pm. I told them the same thing I told them during the initial visit, I would be there that Tuesday afternoon to get it. When I arrived that day they told me that my scooter was ""ready,"" but I would have to wait for an engine part!! The only problem here is that it wasn't the one that i planned on picking up!! I asked the guy if mine was in the back of the lot or whatever, and he replied rather rudely, ""we sold it to someone that came in at 2pm!!"" I said to him ""I told you that I was coming in before 4pm to pick it up, plus I had the check in hand, as well as the paperwork that was already started."" He replied, ""Well I'm sorry sir, but it's first come first serve here!!"" Then he angrily stomped off to the shop room. I then talked to the owner about the whole ordeal, and he said, ""Wow! I didn't even know that you wanted that particular scooter!! Well no big deal! We'll just order another one for you, which could take a week or more, but I don't know if we can get the color that you wanted originally. We'll even throw in a free helmet!"" I was shocked!! Apparently the workers don't even communicate with each other there!! Plus having a purchase order and an appointment for pickup doesn't amount to anything there at Terry's cycle center!! If push comes to shove they will even try to sell you a scooter that isn't even ready to go!! They even used a transaction receipt as a purchase order there!! This was easily the worst experience that I have ever had as a customer!! All they care about is making their money, however they can get it!! Customers don't count!! The bottom line, horrendous service and no professionalism, thumbs down to Terry's!!!
