Not bad.. Not the best 5/17/2012

We got this place because of the washer and dryer in the unit and it also allows large dogs, both seem to be hard to find around Anchorage. It's a little higher on the price rang though.\r Overall, it's not bad. Within walking distance to the dog park, neighbors are friendly, place to bbq.. It is right next to the airport and train tracks, so there is a lot of noise from the planes and train, but it's mostly seasonal.\r Parking is a bit of a hassle when you have more then one car, but the staff are nice. more

Nice place 1/1/2011

I liked this place. It is clean, the staff is friendly and responsive. The units and grounds are well kept. Ive had only positive experiences with Andy, if you dont understand what you are signing, or being told, ask more questions and document Everything. \r \r The parking situation is a little silly, only one assigned space per unit, and just a few visitor spots to serve the entire complex, with no street parking availible either, this is my only complaint about the complex. more

If you don't believe me then go ahead and rent here, but I atleast tried to warn you. And don't trust Andy the apartment manager he's coniving and will smile and your face and lie to you. Pros: close to the airport Cons: everything more
