just about the worst customer service experience you could have. stood us up twice. three half-a$$ed attempts to solve a continuing flea problem (we don't have pets!) over the course of 5 weeks where they'd come a spray some airisol for a couple minutes. even worse, the technicians were rude. final straw...it's been more than a week and they haven't refunded the "money-back guarantee" that i was promised on the phone.\r
Western Pest came and dianosed/solved the problem on the first try.
