I am extremely disappointed with your service. I make an appointment for service, take time off of work, wait for the technician, call to confirm the time the day before and the day of, the technician never shows up at the scheduled time. This has been going on since September of 2014. I have an appointment today 4/30/2015 for inspection and again when I called this morning, I got the same runaround excuse that they are short staffed and they will be late. Other times I have made the appointment in the afternoon and they show up in the morning and leave a note on the door saying no one was home. Of course no one was home because I was at work and scheduled for the afternoon. I am paying for a service that I am not receiving! The house has been treated and we still have termites. I want the house tented. I cannot go on like this over and over every time! It is ridiculous and unprofessional. Why even bother to have an appointment service if it is never followed? I need this resolved right away. Again, I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am with your service. Everyone apologizes but nothing gets done.
