Worst doc ever! Unprofessional 8/28/2014

RUDE! MEAN! The WORST doctor office I ever been! This doctor is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. No patience to patients at all, he basically just give you medicine and kick you out of the door. He only "push" you to get flu shots, take more medicine so that he can keep claiming money!!!! All he cares is $$$$$, he doesn't care patient's health. If you care on your own health, don't ever go there, seriously. He doesn't have medical knowledge, really sucks.... I just don't understand how he can be a doctor. I think only older people who do not understand English would visit him. more

He hates his job and treats his patients like crap. 2/22/2013

If I only I can give him no stars! I've been going to Dr Hsuih since I was ten years old. He used to be nice, inviting and friendly. Now a days, he hates his job and puts his frustrations on his patients. The last time I went to his office, I simply made a comment about how long I needed to wait for my appointment. I waited for an hour. Instead of being courteous and professional, he slams me for my comment and says, "well what do you want me to do? Should I tell everyone that you have arrived and that I should see you first?" Excuse me, DOC. I think I have every right to say something about waiting for an hour when I MADE an appointment. He also went on to belittle me, yelling at me like he was my parent (I am 24 years old), calling me immature and using my parents against me for leverage. He has no right to say these things about me. He overstepped his professional boundaries and I will never go to him again. Save your time...find a more professional doctor that will actually help you with your problems instead of causing you more stress. He also said something along the lines of... you should respect me because I am your doctor. Respect is earned not given simply because of your title. He has a bad attitude, oversteps his professional boundaries, personally attacks you and does anything just to rip your insurance off for more money. People...go somewhere else. I will make sure no one I know goes to him. more

Doctor? 4/28/2011

They don't ask you to politely take a seat. They leave a pad out for you to scribble your name. Then the receptionist looks u up. The doctor will call you in after an hour..even if you had an appointment. If you have a cold or sick. He will ask you about your symptoms while someone checks your temperature, weight, and blood pressure. He will say I see. Write you a prescription send you on your merry way so he can do the same for the other patients that are waiting. Be sure u google your prescribtion. I did. It was athritis medication. I don't have athritis. more

Check Up Time 8/21/2005

Terence Hsuih has worked in Lutheran Medical Center, Beth Israel Medical Center as well as NYU Downtown Hospital. When walking into his office, you are greeted by his few secretaries who takes down your name and time of appointment. They ask you politely to take a seat. The waiting room is full of magazines and a television. Dr. Hsuih is very approachable and great at listening and well experienced in his field. more
