The owner of this convalescent home is also the owner of many rental properties throughout Los Angeles. She is completely unprofessional and does everything she can to avoid spending money. I live in one of her buildings- though not in the convalescent home- and have had many complaints over the years, all of which have been ignored. Since I moved in there have been at least 8 complaints filed against her by various tenants with the Los Angeles Housing Department. If she manages her convalescent home anything like she manages her rental properties I would be frightened to have any of my loved ones living there.
Pros: None!
Cons: Very poor management and attention to tenant problems.
