This place had our vehicle for 11 days, and never even turned a wrench. Staff is very impatient, and the business seems to have problems within their management crew. We are told one thing on the phone, then a complete different story once we arrive to inspect our vehicle. They also seem to push Enterprise rentals. We were offered Hertz or Enterprise. We wanted a certain type of vehicle, and was told Hertz did not have our preference. We called later on our own, and found that they had FOUR vehicles that we wanted in the first place. However, we were given a pricey exotic car from Enterprise instead. Is it no wonder insurance premiums are so high priced? When these repair shops and car rental shops rip-off the insurance companies to sell more of their service or product, they drive the cost up for everyone. I would not recommend Telesis Collision Center to anyone. They wanted to hold our vehicle hostage to drive up the price of fixing it, and the car rental. And after 11 days of avoiding our questions, they never even TOUCHED the vehicle.
