What a bunch of low-life novice, incompetents.
The first time I went here for a simple oil change I was lied to on the phone when I was told they followed Firestone's policy at the time of honoring competitors coupons and sales. When I went in they attempted to charge me close to triple of what I anticipated.
For obvious reasons I didn't return here until a recent mechanical emergency prompted me to try again. Their
complete incompetence of the novice mechanics I was dealing with became apparent after their service manager told me the results of a pressure test indicated that I had blown heads and needed my engine rebuilt.
After being without my car for the better part of a week it was returned to me by an engine specialist running like new, the entire repair simply requiring a loose clamp to be tightened on a hose. A few days later I was back on the road for a 500 mile drive on a 110° day and haven't had the slightest problem since.
I can't anticipate enough what a bunch of dumb
asses run this operation. If they had the competence to properly diagnosis my problem they could've fixed it themselves. Instead I was without my car for most of a week after being led to believe that I was facing a $ 3,000 repair, and shopping for a new vehicle.
I've gained a lot of respect for Firestone dealers in many different cities across the country, but these derelicts are to be avoided like the plague.
Pros: From Two Visits > ABSOLUTELY NONE !!!!!!
Cons: DECEPTIVE and NOVICE MECHANICS
