Good: Fast on site and remote service
- Backup on like the other company that told me that they would have to format my dive and let me lose all my software licenses, the tech repair my system and did it in a hour the other company Geek Squad to me it will take up to two hours and the have to format and reinstall the application I have the cd for.. Bad: The service and the professionalism
- The Tech was well dress business like no jeans and my system as being working fine since the fixed it.
Ticket notification I recieved a ticket notifying me that a tech was assigned to my job and when the ticket was close with the time spent working on my system.. Improvements: Nothing I love the service. Other: If you need it fix and not wipe clean call them they will help you out with Business or Home Tech Support..
