Team Fitness

I worked out at this place for a few years. Then I moved away and went to the gym IN PERSON to cancel my membership. I was told it was all taken care of. Imagine my surprise when more than a year later I get a phone call stating that I owe them hundreds of dollars for never cancelling my account in writing. If you don't cancel your account in writing, watch out.... they will rip you off and they will be nasty about it too. more

This place is pretty nice, Im not too pleased with their contracts but it's a nice gym and lots of different options to bulk up. more

Great gym and great staff. This place has made me a gym body. I love everything about this place. They give a little sign up incentive. I joined because of the 3 free personal training sessions and the 1 dietician appt you get. What's funny though is I used one session and I was hooked and I did not use anymore because I found my own workout plan and diet. Oh and the staff is not rude and dont try to screw you over. The contract is there but that it was my decision to sign it; my way to get motivated to workout. If I am spending money on it I better use it. I think most people get lazy then dont want to pay it and/or need to cut back on bills and choose this as one of there expenses to get rid of. I on the other hand am using my memebership to the best of my abilities (shooting for 5 days a week); so I am fine with the contract I signed and READ. If you are not fine with the contract dont sign it. It is as simple as that. more

The staff of the Snohomish Team Fitness screwed me over. When I signed up, I was told that if I moved, they would let me out of my contract. I was told that the fine print said I had to move 25 miles away, but that they wouldn't worry about that since they were more concerned that I was happy than locking me into a contract. I was stupid enough to believe them. Bottom line - THEY ONLY WANT TO LOCK YOU INTO A CONTRACT. more

I love this gym, it's clean and the employees always greet you with a smile. The staff is always willing to help. more

I would NEVER recommend anyone join Team Fitness. The employees are extremely rude and lack professionalism. They spend most of their time standing around chatting with one another. Cons: rude employees, lack of helpfulness more
