I live in the area and use them all the time. Can't find lower prices or better service and I have looked. A reservation helps but they are good with live calls too.

the rudest cab company ever 1/16/2012

I called 3 times to make a reservation.The operater yelled at me a said ""you are the not the only customer"" I said "" all I want is a quote sir.' He then hung up the phone one me. I do not understand. This makes no sense and is not how you talk to people!!! more

Unsafe 3/22/2010

I had a driver who fell asleep while they were driving - at every stop. I would have gotten out, but I had no idea where I was or if I could find a cab. I had to make noise to keep him awake. I had another bad experience where the driver tried to charge me for a stop I never made. Also, the person taking the reservation is extremely rude and nasty. I had used this company when they first started and were New Andrea almost 13 years ago. I don't know what happened, but I will never use them again. Cons: Unsafe and rude more

Rude and unreliable 7/7/2008

I have tried this company multiple times. They are only nice to you when they have availability.... which isn't often unless you call a day in advance. If they don't have availability, expect to be hung up on, or even worse, treated like you're an idiot and then hung up on. I asked if they allowed dogs and he said no, when I know I have travelled with my dog before. I asked again to make sure I heard him right and he blurted ""I said NO, N-O"". Never again, just not worth it. more

Unreliable 5/31/2008

I made reservation for 7:30 AM a day in advance, no pick up, call to ask them, they said there is no reservation and the earliest they can get me is 9 am -- almost missed my flight. Dishonest/unreliable people. Pros: probably none Cons: unreliable, dishonest more

Avoid this company and others with the phone number (718) 392-9191 12/23/2007

Beware of this car service or one named Andrea. They are one in the same and keep changing their name because of complaints etc. If you see the number (718) 392-9191 do not call them! They have another number also floating around under the name Andrea. They are rude, will hang up on you, quote you different rates each time, have cursed at me before and have shown up without child seats when they were requested. Use their service at your own risk! Pros: Cheap price but they have to do that to make up for how rude they are Cons: Everything! Unsafe, dont show up with child seats, cursing on phone, rude customer service, varying rates more
