It pains me to do this, as this used to be one of my most favorite resteraunts ever. I think that the management or ownership has changed because now it is very unfriendly and the food is inedible. It has always been self-service - that is not a problem, many Indian resteraunts are to one degree or another. However, now they don't even have mugs for your tea - you have a choice between a very very tiny (2 oz) plastic cup and a big glass. There bathrooms have become extremely dirty, as has their entire resteraunt. The service is not existannt - they won't even bother to greet you when you walk in the door, and you really have to wait forever for them to take your order and bring your food, which is disgusting. My curry tasted as though someone had urinated in it, and one of my groups food was made way way too spicy. They use a lot of mystery meat type stuff in their food (I really wondered where such huge bones would come from on a chicken) and it just is not a great place to eat. The man who used to own this place was great - I have been going here since the very first day it opened and he was always friendly and kept the place well lit and clean, and there was always Indian movies or music videos playing. I loved that guy, his resteraunt and the food they served there so much I even considered having him cater for my wedding. Now it is a different story. I don't think I will ever return to this resteraunt, no matter how cheap it is.
