I have been coming here for many years and until now have never had a complaint. I have never bought my tires from them because I am able to get them for cheaper at another store. I simply come here to have them put on. Usually the guys in the office are super friendly and always very helpful. However, when I came in this morning the woman behind the counter was rude and made it seem like by me being there, I was just causing her an inconvenience since I wasn't spending my money on purchasing new tires from them. I have worked in retail for a long time and I am not ignorant to the fact that people have bad days once in a while,however I don't ever take it out on my customers who are paying me to do something for them. Especially when they could go somewhere else and have the same services done. Their prices are reasonable and usually friendly, but she may have cost them a customer for a bad attitude! more

Really Nice People 2/23/2012

I had a small problem. There was a bolt that needed to be taken off my tire/rim that my mechanic couldn't get off with his tools. So I called the typical tire places to see what they could do...numerous name brand/well known tire places said they would charge me around $40 just to take a freaking bolt off! So I called these guys up and they said at the most it would be $5. So I went and it was FREE! They were so nice about it. Definitely would go back for my tire needs! more

Great value and great customer service 9/7/2011

I live out of town and have gone into Holt on two different occasions and needed a tire fast. The staff was always helpful and friendly and got me safely on my way. I recommend Tasmanian Tire to everyone I know. Thanks guys! more

hORRIBLE , SHODY, UNPROFESSIONAL 4/7/2011

This company is shody. In october. I begged my mother to go to discount tire but she wanted a deal so for 40.00 she was given a tire that wont stay inflated. She is 60 so she has driven it maybe 15 miles all winter . It took them 3 hours to install and the man at the counter (owner) kept yelling at his workers that they better work like they wanna keep thier jobs.There are also signs posted inside this shop that says the same thing . When the man (the one who looks like the tazmainian devil) brought out the tire I said umm the wear bars are showing and he argued with me . He knew it was a crappy tire but sold it to her anyhow. I would not recomend this business to anyone . So shody , slow and unproffessional. Go some where else anywhere else but this poor excuse for a business. The other reviews on here are probably false .. This company is horrible and Im not afraid to link my face book to this review BECAUSE IM A REAL PERSON NOT SOMEONE FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! more

Great value and experience but easily overlooked 11/19/2009

I had received quotes from all of the other big name tire businesses in my area. I called Tasmanian, and they quickly beat the lowest price I had found, even on a tire they had to order. Checkout was quick and painless, and there was never a problem paying the price I was quoted (they kept good notes). At times, there can be a long wait to get your vehicle in the bay, but once they start work on your vehicle, it's done in a jiffy! It's a slight con, but I consider this a good thing. It means they are doing something right, having/keeping so many customers. Pros: Price matching, custom orders, fast and friendly service Cons: Busy at times, you might have to wait in line for install more

Tasmanian Tire ROCKS! 8/31/2009

My experience at Tasmanian tire was excellent. The 1st time I went, I had a small issue and Kurt and his staff were very pro-active & solution driven and took care of the problem immediately. When I went back, much to my surprise, Kurt discounted my service because of the previous issue, without any mention of it by me as I felt the issue was resolved. Tasmanian Tire has been, and will be highly recommended by myself and my family. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks Kurt!
