I remember in the past having some trouble returning items there... however, recently, I bought a 4 GB mini ipod for my son and it was defective. So we returned it. Mentally, I was preparing for some kind of showdown. Because at $200.00 I did not want to get stuck with a defective product.
However, with a receipt, and being relatively close in date, probably a week, there was no problems. If anything, the clerk didn't pay me much attention, she continued chatting and joking with her co-workers!
So, for whatever reason, I don't know if there was a change in return policy attitude, it was painless to do a return there...
