Nice csr's but certain ones are pushy about buying more, more, more. Bed cleanser will probably break you out, but if you have to miss some days to get over what they use (even though you weren't informed up front)..don't expect them to take responsibility for it and resolve the matter. Christian-the manager- will help you only if you buy another month package. He'd rather you write a bad review and call his boss Greg Marlow at (352) 331-8266! If that's not what he wants, he doesn't do anything to prevent it--like resolving the matter or providing good customer service when it really matters. Also see the review about the initial start up....b/c it does take forever. Mine took 2 hours, even though I told her what I wanted upfront. She still made me listen to the whole thing and had to help customers b/c she was the only one there. In that 2 hour time I watched intently and marveled at how good she was at telling people what they wanted to hear, even when it was a flat out lie.
