I write this with a burn and unable to use the membership I very recently had signed up for having been put in a bed I had never been in before, on only my 4 th tan visit. This bed, which Rachel had rushed me into not ever asking me how many minutes I wanted to be in it, not telling me this beds Max minutes and not explaining to me it has more uvb rays than the other ""diamond bed"" they have at Clackamas. When I call to tell them I burned very badly, as three days later I am still on ibuprophen for pain which wakes me at night-my back and but especially red as a tomatoe and hurts to put clothes on:( rachel proceeds to UN-apolagetically remember incorrectly talking with me about minutes and seems to think I a new customer should know about a bed I've never been in, and how many minutes would be ok, like I'm the one who works there? And like I said, she never told me the bed was different at all, or anything! Another more sensible worker I spoke with whose name I didn't get said it shouldn't have happened, as rachel should have seen I was new to tanning and to Tan Republic, and never been in that bed for that length of time! All I can say is thank God for ibuprophen and aloe gel, and numbing burn spray. Does Rachel really value the customers who help make her pay check possible? I wonder?
