My experience was wonderful. From the friendly receptionist that answered my call, I knew these guys were good. I'm not a computer geek, so I shouldn't feel stupid when I call, like some companies have made me feel. The Baygeeks folks were extremely patient with me. Showed me tips on how to keep my pc running smoothly in between service calls. Helped me setup parental controls so that the kids can't get in to bad sites, and even gave me a discount for referring a friend. I will never take my computer to Best Buy again, Bay Geeks is the only way to go. Aldin (I think that's he's name) was the tech that came out, he's the best. I recommend Bay Geeks 100%! Now when I call for easy stuff, they can just log in to my pc remotely, so I get an even lower rate for that. I'm a single mom of 4 kids, so if I can't afford to buy a new PC, which is okay because Baygeeks will fix it!
