The person writing the review above missed her flight on a holiday because she was a no call no show for her reservation. She was 1 1/2 late and was upset because her kennel was given to another client after she didn't show up. This customer had this happen a previous time with us trying to call her since she lived in out of town and she never answered her phone. Since she missed her flight before, we gave her our brochure with our scheduled times on it so she would never be late again. She was late again and called me 1 1/2 later asking me what was I going to do for her. I stated it was a holiday and since she didn't call, we had a waiting list and I gave her kennel to the next person. I asked her why she didn't call and say she would be late and her comment was ( It never clicked to me). We have had to stay late for her many times and make special arrangements for her only for her to go on these sites and say I was unproffessional when she was the one who made the mistake twice.
