We were highly unimpressed with this delivery company. They were supposed to pick our furniture up from a distribution center in the Bay Area. We discovered they would not be able to pick it up for over a week which meant no one would be available to accept delivery for several weeks after that. We decided to cancel their pick up and bring it up ourselves since we were going to be in the Bay Area and could bring it back when we returned several weeks later. We contacted them and the distribution center to cancel. In spite of being told not to pick it up, he proceeded to pick it up 5 days later and call us the day we were leaving on our trip to "schedule delivery for next week." I told him he had created an extreme problem for us as no one could accept delivery for some time. He offered to charge us storage fees. Finally, he agreed to deliver it that day and I would need to pay the delivery charges to the driver. In spite of the fact that their website says they accept credit cards, the scheduler informed me they did not and I "should get down to the bank right away and get a cashier's check." He was also condescending on the phone and threatened to send our furniture back if I did not comply. We had an additional delivery scheduled for a couple weeks later and called the manufacturer to cancel his service.
Pros: Delivery drivers were very professional and polite.
Cons: Company picked up furniture after having been canceled 5 days earlier plus scheduler was extremely rude.
