As a realtor myself I was shocked at the lack of professionalism displayed by Joe Tague when I had an out-of-town client in this weekend. I was attempting to set up a showing for one of his rental listings - and if you happen to be the owner of this home - it was your house on Sinkler Road in Elkins Park. After making roughly 6 or 7 calls to the office in an effort to get my clients in to see this home, I finally got a call back from a mean and surly Joe Tague, who wanted to know everything about my clients before we even got them out there to see the home. I was about to remind him that he was bordering on discrimination with some of the questions he was asking me, when he told me that there was not much commission available. While I don't look to work for free, my goal is to find my clients a place to live, so I simply asked him the obvious question - ""Are you interested in renting this place?"" He then told me that I've been bouncing back and forth like a bad penny. I asked him to explain himself, and he told me that he'd left me four messages, which simply is ridiculous. I'd left him at least 4 in an attempt to do the right thing for my client, and hadn't heard back once. When I asked him for a mobile number, or another number where I could actually reach him, he told me to call the office, because he wanted to 'keep this professional'.
