Under the current and very immature management, the customer service is absolutely abysmal. You can expect calls to go unreturned, estimates to be unrealistic, promises to be unkept, waits to be longer than discussed, but plenty of downright rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. If you're unfortunate enough to have Kevin as your estimator, run as fast as you can or be prepared for junior-high like nastiness. When questioned politely about his obvious mistakes and misstatements, he will tell you to take your car elsewhere (after you've already dropped your car off and are driving a rental). Your time and car are not a priority. Don't take your car to TACS in Glenmont for repair. For me, it was a huge mistake.
