Two Men and a Truck

I?d give them no stars but that?s not an option. We have filed a police report and it has yet to be investigated, so I cannot legally say that the movers stole from me but here are the facts ...\r \r I used Two Men and a Truck to move my stuff into a nearby storage unit. Right after the move was finished, and just as I was leaving the storage unit my roommate called me and told me she was missing a bag of prescription narcotics that she had left over from a previous surgery. This bag was located in the laundry room attached to my roommate?s bedroom ... a room they were told not to enter. As of 1 am the night before, the bag of narcotics was present, and then were missing right after the move the following morning. The only people present in that time frame were myself and the movers. After a search of the apartment, the bag was found in a completely different location of the apartment - underneath the sink in the bathroom, but it no longer contained the percocet, vicodin, or x more

Horrible Experience. My roommate recently used Two Men and a Truck for her move from our condo to a storage unit. I was not involved in the move, yet some of my things were missing after the movers left. Due to the fact that criminals are protected until their victims prove that they were in fact victimized, I cannot say that the men stole anything from me. What I can is that as of 1 am the night before the move, all of my possessions were in my bedroom, a room in which the movers should not have been in to begin with, by 11 am the morning of the move, a bag of prescription medications that I had in my room was missing. The bag reappeared later after a through search of the condo, yet it was no where near the original location, it had been tossed underneath a bathroom sink, and conveniently enough, all of the narcotics and benzodiazepines were missing. First, we start with the two girls calling from the nearby shopping mall two hours after they were supposed to show up to box.The shorter girl screams in my face about she didn't have a box for my computer monitor, they weren't going to move laundry soap because . She packed my DVDs first, then unpacked them and re-arranged them and re-sealed the box. Then unpacked it again. Didn't box the bedrooms until 4 guys with the truck arrived. Wadded my suit in a box with heavy stuff on top of it. Then demanded tips. Then had to return later with more boxes but still couldn't pack the suit properly. The 4 guys with the truck finished at 7pm, told me I had to show up at their Blue Springs office with a cashier's check or money order for over $5 thousand (no personal checks) before 6am on Sunday or they weren't going to deliver items to the new apartment. - I had moved 4 times before them and twice after. - 2men at Blue Springs, MO are the worst experience I have EVER had with moving. more

I agree this is not a good moving company. They break things and don't pay for them. The mover's are nice guys but I wonder about the management. Pros: none Cons: break things more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! They did not show up on the day scheduled. When I called they said they "might be able to make it tomorrow". I had to be out that day so I had to pay a penalty on my lease. When they showed up the next day - I think one of the movers was drunk. When I questioned the lead mover his response was "he is always drunk - what do you expect he is a mover?" The mover fell down on my steps and then said he was going to take me to court! Do not use this company. more

They are decently priced. They pack everything & move it themselves. They were nice & polite & trustworthy. Made moving day a little bit less stressful & less hectic. People in the office are very pleasant as well. These men were hardworking & deserved their tip. Will definately reccomend & use in the future. more
