I came into this store in order to switch 2 lines on a post-paid plan to a pre-paid plan mid-billing cycle. I was told by the representative that was helping me that my final bill would be pro-rated. It was not. After calling T-Mobile corporate, I was told that the policy is to pay the final bill for the final billing cycle in full; they do not pro-rate. I am writing this abysmal review due to the misinformation provided in this store, resulting me, in effect, to double pay for two lines for 1/2 a billing cycle.
