If I could give them 0 stars I would! This is the WORST cell service ever! I switched from Verizon thinking I could save some money. I had T-mobile service for 8 months and during that time had to be shipped 4 different phones. The phones constantly drop calls, freeze up and have to be hard-booted. Each time this happens, you have to reset up your phone. With the last phone, they had great difficulty transferring contacts from one of their phones to another. I ended up with duplicates of every contact (over 600!) plus had 35+ that didn't ever make the transition and had to be reentered. When I finally went back to Verizon, I was charged over $400. $200 for a cancellation fee and $200 for paying the remainder of the phone off. I verified several times with the agent on the phone that only the $200 cancellation fee would be charged. I wrote to T-mobile, explaining all of the problems and asking for a waiver of either the cancellation fee or the phone fee. Their only response is that they don't guarantee coverage and I had 30 days to return the faulty phone. On top of everything else, when they send you a replacement phone, they send you a refurbished one. So you start out with a new phone, get 3 refurbished ones that don't work and then end up paying for the new phone that never worked properly. Never ever do business with T-mobile!! more
