I brought a phone in that I had bought off ebay (unlocked- not T-Mobile brand) because I was having some trouble with it. I could not get wifi calling to work or call forwarding. I spoke with Bart who was a sales representative there. Despite the fact that he had no obligation to help me (I am with t-mobile, but my phone was bought elsewhere) he patiently addressed all of my concerns, first explaining that wifi calling is a feature exclusive to t-mobile branded phone. He then worked extensively to find a solution to the call forwarding issue. He concluded that it must be a defect in the phone's programing since the service was activated for this feature. He took down my number and told me he was going to research this more and apologized that he was unable to help further. I was so impressed by his level of customer service- especially knowing he was not making any money by helping me and knowing that he was supporting a phone that I bought elsewhere. I ended up buying a new LG G2 from him on the spot. What amazing service!
