After a year of doing business with them, our company finally decided to dump them and go elsewhere. Best decision they made. Agents are lazy and rude and act as if the travelers are an inconvenience. Maybe they are overworked and underpaid? Not sure. Voicemail seems to be the norm there with call backs taking forever. Ask to speak to a manager, ha! Again, you get voicemail or an auto-reponse on their email that they are "out of the office" or "working on a project.". They are a joke of an agency.
