They had no problem taking us as clients, taking our money and setting questionable appointments. Then when things don't work out, they point the finger at us. I believe the owner is a unethical person who puts money first over his customers - that was our experience. We met with non-decision makers and were told that every call would be recorded for us. We never got recorded calls on all appointments. We got excuses instead. We also got a lot of bogus appointments and last minute cancellations. When we tried to resolve things, they would not work things out. Frankly T3 Direct USA is an unethical organization that should be shut down by the authorities. And how come the positive reviews do not show a legitimate company name? I've looked up the positive reviews and these companies and people do not exist. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AND TALK TO PEOPLE WHO'VE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. CHECK REFERENCES - GOOD AND BAD!!! more

Horrible service 2/8/2012

1. The moved from a good CRM system to an internal one that is difficult to use for the client. 2. Emails are not always sent to let you know about appointments. 3. They send you a list with decision maker names on it but make the appointments with anybody they can get in the office. 4. They forget to confirm appointments. A lot of changed postponed appointments. 5. Although the claim is guaranteed appointments you are charged when the appointment is set. Then the accounting gets screwy as they ""replace"" the appointment when it does not happen but still keep adding to your bill. Stay away from them. The turn over is also high. The claims of being the best with steady clients is not true - look on linked on the turnover and ask for references. more

I think we were number three on Google for about four months while we were on their program. Everyone we talked to was very professional, and knew a lot about goes into boosting your profile online. I like this service and would recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for more prospects and higher online visibility to attract consumers. more

I chose to go with T3 Direct Marketing after learning that they only run guaranteed appointments. I got tired of getting the run around, driving out to appointments where people didn't even know who I was. T3 Direct had triple checked everything, and they called two days ahead of time just to make sure the meeting was still happening. I only had one appointment out of about thirty that fell through. And they replaced it for free after apologizing to me for the inconvenience. Overall I'd say go with them. more

T 3 Direct: Solid appointments and email as well 5/4/2011

We are a mid-sized payroll company based out of Chicago. I decided to go with T3 Direct after my brother used them for his email campaigns eight months ago. What I found out is that they triple verify everything. Basically, the prospect has to agree to meet three times, before I get sent out on the appointment. A couple of times I didn’t like the company or the guy I was meeting with sounded a little iffy. T3 Direct said “no problem” and got me another appointment for free. I like their style of doing business and feel it’s nice to be dealing with a classy company for a change. I’m going to use them in the future, for our fall promotional campaign, and I’d urge other companies to do the same. more

I ended up googling PEO appointment setting, and found T3 Direct Marketing. I manage a large professional employer’s organization out of Florida, and can admit to being a little bit skeptical about guaranteed appointment setting at first. What happened was that they got me 25 great appointments in about 3 months and (about 2 had to be rescheduled). They also designed and distributed the fliers for our annual mass mail out. I’m pretty happy with what we got. Prospects are still calling in about the fliers, and are genuinely interested in our services. T3 Direct is definitely our pick for this type of marketing. more

T3 Direct gets it done 5/4/2011

It’s been going on four months now with T 3 Direct Marketing. In spite of the fact that it has been a relatively short period of time, they have done what they expressed they could and would be able to do. I manage a nationwide insurance brokerage and have been really impressed with T3 Direct’s ability to telecommute with me. So far they have set about 5 appointments per week, with the occasional reschedule thrown in there. Every time something comes up they let me know immediately and handle all the foot work involved with rescheduling the appointment. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend them to any business looking to raise their profile a bit and expand their marketing to a better audience. more

T3 Direct Marketing Failed to deliver legitimate appointment 4/21/2011

T3 Direct Marketing is a sham! A waste of money! Our company operates with a high level of integrity; we honor our commitments and promises. Our experience with T3 Direct Marketing was anything but professional. Working with T3 Direct Marketing was frustrating, aggravating and non-profitable. Buyer beware - if you need direct marketing assistance, look elsewhere.\r \r Bottom line - We paid $3,136 for 33 appointments that weren't really appointments! That's a lot of money for nothing. These were people who didn't recall having an appointment and often who knew nothing of what the appointment was about.\r \r To be fair, they did set 17 legitimate appointments - none resulted in any business for our company. Of the remaining 33, a group of 16 were rescheduled however, we were never informed of the rescheduling - a major communication breakdown. The remaining appointments were either no shows or people who didn't recall even having an appointment or even what the appointment was regarding.\r \r Our expectation of T3 Direct Marketing was that they would set legitimate appointments. On the T3 Direct Marketing website, they claim ""Your success is guaranteed because we triple verify all face to face meetings and sales appointments. If there is a reschedule, we manage it for you. If there's a cancellation, we replace it.""\r \r This was not our experience. They claim ""100% Risk Free Marketing"" - I would suggest they should change their claim to ""100% Risky Marketing!""\r \r We did attempt to resolve this dispute directly with T3 Direct Marketing - speaking to Quality Control, Will Crandel (Account Representative), and the General Manager. Our attempts resulted in absolute customer dissatisfaction. Our entire experience with T3 Direct Marketing - POOR, ANNOYING, WASTEFUL, NON-PRODUCTIVE, ETC. Do not employ the services of T3 Direct Marketing. We wish we had spent our money elsewhere.\r more

honest, no hassle company 3/23/2011

So I guess the word is out. I googled 401K appointment setting and found these guys. I used T3 Direct Marketing to set up mailing campaigns as well as book appointments for me, and was really happy with what I got. I told them I wanted no more than 10 appointments per week, nothing on Tues or Thurs. (so I could catch up with all my paperwork back at the office), and they happily obliged me. I only had two appointments reschedule, and one that cancelled. This is out of about 30-40 total appointments they booked for me that month. Each time there was a reschedule, they called me up, apologized for the inconvenience and offered to book me another appointment on the spot. No questions asked. I also got heavy interest from my mailers that went out the following month. For anyone else who wants to deal with an honest, no-hassle company , I’d definitely tell them to go with T3 Direct Marketing. more

I’m work with a voluntary group benefits provider out here in Stanton, PA. I went through several appointment setting companies, who either made appointments that were paper thin, or that were way too far to drive to and insisted I’d have to find a way to make them work . So, I decided to give T3 Direct Marketing a shot because their appointments are guaranteed. They said if I didn’t like one, they’d replace it for free. If there was a no-show, again they’d replace it for free. I could even listen to the recordings before agreeing to take an appointment. I ended up loving this service, because only three appointments had to reschedule, and all of the rest were willing to sit down and hear my twenty-minute presentation. T 3 Direct even handled all of the scheduling, so all I had to do is show up and look pretty (relatively-speaking). I’m going to get all my reps going on this program, and hope others give T3 a try as well. more

Straight from the horses mouth 3/22/2011

I recently decided to hire T3 Direct Marketing to handle my year end promotional campaign and set appointments for me. Out of 20 total appointments set for the month of February, two had to reschedule and only one was not interested enough for me. All of the other 17 were good. They asked questions, they listened for a full 20 minutes, and most importantly, and they knew who I was. T3 Direct even researched my desired market area and gave me final approval over the calling list. Just to make sure we didn’t get any wires crossed or call the same people we’ve already talked to . I like their policy of guaranteeing the appointments. Some of the other companies I’ve tried don’t do this and it always ends up badly. Also, this company sends the recording over to you so that you can hear that guys (or gals) in charge are interested in meeting with you. Straight from the horse’s mouth so-to-speak. So I’d definitely pass the good word along about this company. They’re worth a second look. more

I’m run the HR department of a major healthcare provider based out of New York. We recently designed some new logos and graphics for our website and wanted to get the site as much visibility as possible. T3 Direct offered to incorporate the logos, graphics and copy we already had into a different web-pages. We were number 2 on Yahoo and number 4 on Google for like a moth after we signed up with them. People even register they’re emails with these sites so that we could send them promotional material on a regular basis. We got to keep all of these emails indefinitely! more

Very professional, got us to number three on google 3/22/2011

I manage a local payroll company out of Cleveland, Ohio. We decided to go with T3 Direct after I was contacted by a salesperson. They had us choose a few key words, and then created landing pages to re-direct people to our site. Within, I would say, about two and a half weeks, we were number three on the Google search for our industry. We even got a couple of prospects calling in, and several more who subscribed to become part of our email newsletter distribution list. Overall, I’d recommend this company because they are very professional, and have a variety of different services, including the telemarketing, that they offer. more


I paid over 1200 dollars for 6 appointments, and 4 of them fell through. They still have not replaced the other 4 appointments. they said I did actually go to the appointment, and that once I see it online in there portal, it is final, basically they accused me of getting the info then once I got the lead info, they accused me of acting like it fell through. they are dirty and don't play fair. So I got stuck paying 1200 dollars for 2 appointments, with companies that were not even within the guidelines I wanted them to be in. I was looking at recent reviews of T3 direct and I wanted to get in contact with JMS INS Company by Jimmyz wcins at Citysearch, I found out that the user name Jimmyz wcins is based out of Modesto, CA the same city where T3 Direct is located. Yet there is no JMS insurance in Modesto, CA, JMS insurance is located in Walkerton, IN. T3 is creating fake good reviews on various websites around the web. They specialize in Search Engine Optimization. So they made sure when you do a search you find the good reviews made from fake companies and fake accounts. to cover up the bad reviews that are from real people and real companies. Beware before doing business with these people. . If they can write fake good reviews about themselves. what does that tell you? How long has this company been in business? and all of a sudden in the last 2 months they have all these reviews? seems kinda fishy. also andrew357 says he is from chicago on his comment, that gives t3 direct a good review. but if you look at andrew357's profile it says he is from modesto, CA the same city where t3 direct is located. what a shame, t3 direct coming up with fake reviews to deceive possible clients. take it from someone who has been burned, dont do business with these guys. more

Terrible Service 3/16/2011

I would NEVER recommend T3 Direct marketing services to anyone, other than possibly my enemies! Terrible customer service experience....scheduled appointments on dates I said I was not available, charged me when I asked for no further charges, took forever to reset a month if they ever got around to it. I recently paid for 2 appointments that did not develop, and since T3 decided to cancel our contract I get to eat the $400 fee I apid for the appointments...nice business practice! This experience was a huge waste of money...don't get hooked by their smooth sales pitch! Learn from others who have been burned! more

Good staff / Good Meetings / Great AE I've been working with T3 Direct now for about 3 months, even though it has been a short period of time, they have done what they said they would and could do. I am a workers comp, general liability ins broker who needed the help of a lead generation company, and I've found it. My account executive, Zach Gentry, has been very helpful and has answered any questions, resolved all my issues ""the few there have been."" I would recommend T3 Direct's services to any legitimate company looking to increase your sales pipeline. Works for me! more
