Synergy Performance looks like a great place -- it is intimate, clean and close to the studios. Be wary, multiple people have had issues with trainer swapping. When you go for your first few sessions, the manager trains you. Once you buy, he turns you over to someone else, who may easily turn you over to someone else. I purchased a chunk of sessions because I wanted to train with the first person I met there, and in less than three months I had been passed off to two other trainers who would cancel sessions and wouldn't return my calls. I have trained with trainers at a lot of gyms and this is far and away the worst experience I have ever had. The ""session"" only lasts .5 hr vs. 1 hr at most gyms. This was not pointed out upfront. The trainer hand off happened so rapidly, there was not relationship developed -- 3 trainers in about 3 months. I worked out with the last trainer one time and didn't get any return phone calls. I thought she had left the gym and called to find out she was on vacation. I've since tried to get my money back for the sessions purchased, but since your sessions expire 6 months after purchase, I am out about $4k.
Cons: short sessions, trainer pass off, bad, bad management
