I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by SYNERGY HomeCare of West Denver. I am in a wheelchair, and I rely on the assistance of aides to provide my meals and help me get in and out of bed. There have been many instances when no one arrived to help me even when I specifically scheduled their services. If the company does not improve their services, I will have to change to a different, more responsive aide service. If you need reliable service, don't use this company. Get another service.

As you know, we acquired this business in January, and we believe that the instances you are referring to happened on the previous owner’s watch. Since we took over, we have been working hard to improve service levels and communication with all our clients, and have made great strides in this area in the past few months. We are honored that you are still a valued client to this day, and we only wished that you had voiced these concerns to us directly. In any event, the implementation of new caregivers for you and additional intensive training we have given them should put these concerns behind us for good.
