Shop early, shop often 3/14/2011

I love this place! The people who work here are knowledgeable and kind. The prices are the best I've ever seen. The inventory is constantly changing, so if you see something you like, buy it now or you may never see it again. Repairs are expertly made. I've been to other jewelers who have mutilated my pieces, including my wedding ring. Susan is a Master Bench Jeweler and can repair or create whatever you want. My advice is: shop early, shop often! more

I just happened to walk in here, and now I'm hooked! The pieces were of the best quality and a lot of them were very unique. Prices were great, and the salespeople couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. I'll definitely be returning! Pros: Extremely helpful and gorgeous pieces more

long wait for repairs, damaged item 8/21/2008

I brought an antique heirloom opal ring for a setting repair...took 6 months. I called and called. When I finally got the ring back, the stone had a couple of deep scratches that weren't there when I dropped it off. It was an heirloom and I was just happy to FINALLY have it back! She has some nice pieces of jewelry in the store, but don't use for repairs!!! Pros: nice unique pieces for sale Cons: Too long for repairs, damage done during repair more
