Absolutely terrible. They didn't show up for the first appointment (to measure the screens). I've now been waiting 3 months for the actual screens to arrive, with no word or communication from them at all during this time. I've called almost daily to find out what's been going on, but no one will call me back. I finally learned there was ""an error,"" yet still no one felt compelled to inform me of this weeks ago or what the error was. At least they've now warned me that it is likely my scheduled appointment WON'T happen because it's the last one of the day. more

Tried to make an appointment to have my window fixed in the morning but was told they only come in the afternoon. Made an appointment for a time frame between 1-4pm. My husband stayed at home the entire afternoon waiting for the service guy. No one showed up. I called the company later in the afternoon to find out what happened and reschedule. Woman I spoke with on the phone couldn't wait to get out of work, wouldn't reschedule my appointment, was raising her voice at me when I asked her questions about the process and when I asked her for her name, she hung up. I find this service absolutely unacceptable. more

No real communication. Made an appointment for somebody to come measure for replacement windows, and was given time of between 9am and Noon. I called the morning of the appointment to confirm they were still coming, and was told that I was the first visit of the day and to expect him between 9:30AM and 10:30AM. At 10:45AM I call to see where he is, and was told they would call me back. They did not call back. I called for the third time that morning at 11:20AM. I was told that the guy had a problem and he would come after he finished with his problem. I asked if that would be before noon, and I was told he could not make it before noon. I then asked to speak with a manager. The manager said that I was supposed to be the first stop of the day, and the driver must have mixed the tickets up. I explained that she was telling me a different story than what I was earlier told. I went on to explain that I was previously told the driver had a problem. The manager said that the driver was experiencing a problem at the place he was currently at. I explained that I had to call three times, to find out nobody was coming. The manager tried to reschedule. I won't waste another morning off from work. They don't seem to know what their employees are doing, and they don't communicate with the customer. Read the may good reviews they have, and some may strike you as odd. Somebody from their company is probably planting bogus good reviews. more

I was given a three-hour time slot of 9-12 and told to call in the morning on the day-of for my specific time. When I called, I was told that my ""specific"" time was ""10:30-12:30."" The delivery man just showed up at 3:30 after I waited at home for him all day. And when I asked, ""Why so late?"" he said ""Because you're scheduled as my last stop of the day."" As an owner of several residential apartment buildings, i have my pick of the litter with whom we choose to deal with. 12 years working with Supreme Glass and i wouldnt change a thing. Seasoned professionals and true class acts. I felt obligated to praise them, for no other reason than a heartfelt admiration for the work they do for us. In a residential building with as many units as we have, there is always a need for glass, windows and mirrors to be repaired / replaced. One may think that the treatment we receive is due to our long standing relationship, however i have personally recommended many people to them, and the response and praise is always the same. Impressive, considering that i specifically told my referrals not to mention me by name. This is how I measure a quality organization - How they treat EVERYONE. Supreme glass should thank my son for our business. If not for him sending a hardball through our bedroom window, we never would have called. Myself on the other hand, is very thankful I found this company. They did a quick and efficient replacement on the window, the price was very fair, and the service was top notch. I felt compelled to write a review after my experience with Supreme Glass. With the rising cost of evergy over the last 2-3 years, we knew something had to be done. Although we wanted to change all of our windows for sometime to improve the appearance of our home, a tightening budget had us delay this improvement. We had noticed that our energy bill was quite high, and we tried to find where we were losing so much money. As it turns out, our old windows were bleeding us dry. I decided to change the windows in the hopes that more efficient insulation might help, and i was right. Supreme Glass was recommended to us, and we decided to give them a try. Im really happy i found this glass company. As a young single woman, i personally have no idea about anything related to repairing my glass windows. The staff there was so nice to me, they explained everything from A-Z, they did the work on time, and left the place spotless. I would definitely recommend them. My hats off to you guys! Finding workmanship that you can be happy with is a challenge these days. Your company came through on all points. The work was great, the staff members pleasant, the technicians that came to our residence we polite and professional. Overall we are most pleased with the quality of the windows and glass doors installed. i could have gotten glass doors from a number of companies out there, your staff made all the difference.
