No real communication.
Made an appointment for somebody to come measure for replacement windows, and was given time of between 9am and Noon.
I called the morning of the appointment to confirm they were still coming, and was told that I was the first visit of the day and to expect him between 9:30AM and 10:30AM.
At 10:45AM I call to see where he is, and was told they would call me back. They did not call back.
I called for the third time that morning at 11:20AM. I was told that the guy had a problem and he would come after he finished with his problem. I asked if that would be before noon, and I was told he could not make it before noon. I then asked to speak with a manager.
The manager said that I was supposed to be the first stop of the day, and the driver must have mixed the tickets up. I explained that she was telling me a different story than what I was earlier told. I went on to explain that I was previously told the driver had a problem. The manager said that the driver was experiencing a problem at the place he was currently at.
I explained that I had to call three times, to find out nobody was coming. The manager tried to reschedule.
I won't waste another morning off from work. They don't seem to know what their employees are doing, and they don't communicate with the customer.
Read the may good reviews they have, and some may strike you as odd. Somebody from their company is probably planting bogus good reviews.
