I have an ornamental cherry tree out in the front of our home which was not looking well and needed some TLC. I could not bear the thought of losing it as it drew me to this home and is so beautiful in spring as it blossoms and all year round. I recently chose Superior to do a needed tree trimming job around our house - I was a little concerned about the process as these trees were very close to our house and the crew would be cutting back branches and a few tree trunks over a new shake roof. BUT, what an outstanding job as they were extremely careful while moving cut pieces with care. Also, outstanding service and communication - this company knows what they are doing, do it professionally and show great customer service - very competitve pricing too. It is also nice to know they have an arborist on site to do the RIGHT thing. Pros: Incredible customer service and job quality Cons: None more

My experience with Superior NW Tree & Shrub Care was great. They were timely, knowledgeable and professional. I initially saw their ad in the phone book, then looked them up online and saw that they had a nice website with great customer feedback. When they call you to confirm the scheduled service, they give you a guessitmate as to when they will be there. They were right on time. They also were very clear about the work they did. They came to the door a couple of times to ask questions to be sure it was the way I wanted it. They did some tree pruning and general cleaning up for me. I had some overgrown apple trees as well as some pine tress that they tried to salvage as best they could. They had to take one down. They hustled and cleaned up nicely afterward. What a pleasant surpise when I called to get an estimate from this company. The day the were to arrive, they called to confirm with me and showed up exactly on schedule. The estimator was polite, professional, and really worked with me to try to find solutions that would fit within my budget. The same excellent service continued the day they were scheduled to come and remove/prune the trees. The crew showed up at exactly the time promised. We were very happy with the work they did, and they left our yard in good order when they completed the job. I would hightly recommend this company!
