I was hired to work as an LPN here and let me tell you I wish I never stepped foot into this place. It is really a SNF. The lack of care the residents get is so pitiful. They never have enough CNA's to take care of the residents. They use their dishwashers and office help to assist the residents. The attitude of the LPN director (Wanda) is lousy. She complains about working there and has no personality. She is so rude. They pass out meds to the residents 3 hours ahead of schedule, they expect the LPN's to work as CNA's as well as be a nurse. They allow residents who are at risk for falls to just fall and they dont care. They have no training for new employees and have fired LPN""s and CNA's after just one day on the job if they feel they are to slow because they want you to do 50 things at once and have eyes in back of your heads.
