Superior Pools

We have enjoyed the pool and spa since Jack Marshall built it for us in 1997. We haven't needed to contact Superior Pools about questions or concerns, but the two times we did, Jack and his company were extremely responsive. For example, we are having a garden wedding in our yard on July 27th and had a question about the water feature and slide. We called Jack who immediately came out and not only provided the information we needed, but showed us how to make the changes we wanted and helped us adjust the water feature so it will be perfect for our daughter's wedding. We know we can always count on Superior Pools! more

We had our pool installed this year. We waited and deliberated about getting a pool for three years. Finally, we said this is it, if we`re going to get a pool this is the year. We purchased our pool 3 years ago. We have had a blast every summer since then. We really enjoy having our friends and family over for cook outs and swimming. We certainly enjoy coming home from a long day at work and jumping in the pool for a relaxing evening. Our grandchildren have a great time in the pool and 2 of them have learned to swim since we have had it. It is really nice to spend the hot summer days with them and see them have such a good time. Hopefully, it will give them lasting memories as well, for years to come. I can say that this is one of the best investments we have made. more

We had our pool installed a few weeks ago and we love it! The installation team was amazing. They were fast and really fun to watch. We love our new pool and I would recommend Superior Swimming Pool Construction to anyone. After 4 years of debating on whether or not we should add a pool to our existing home, in 2009 we decided that it was the perfect decision for our family. A few questions came to mind, “should we put our money into this, will our family enjoy the pool often, will this add value to our home?” And the answer to all these questions was YES! We asked for an estimate from 3 different builders, and Superior Pools was the most responsive. Josh came over, listened to all our concerns, thoughts, and ideas then integrated his extensive experience and backround to help us design the perfect pool. His team put in state of the art equipment and we never had a problem with it. In 2011, we had to the opportunity to relocate homes, and I have to say, without that wonderful pool we built, we would not have sold our home for the price we did. In fact, it is still the highest selling home in our community, and it it’s because the design and functionality of that pool made us stand out as “superior”. Our new home has a pool too, but it’s not as nice as the one we built with Superior. We are so happy about our decision and the memories we created with our young kids, will always be treasured and remain priceless! more

I had my large spa built in 2008 and have totally enjoyed it. The unusual location of the spa created some interesting construction challenges for Jack and his workers. The spa is located on a hill in front of my house with large boulders and blue granite below ground. The boulders were incorporated into the waterfall and the blue granite was removed by a specialized drilling outfit that Jack located. Despite the construction challenges Jack and his team completed the project on time and on budget. Jessica, in the main office, has been very helpful with questions regarding the chlorinator (saltwater system) and other equipment. I would recommend Superior Pools to any and all prospective pool/spa purchasers. more

I solicited Superior Pools in the early summer of 2010 for a pool that I needed designed and build at my residence. I met with Jack Marshall and at the first meeting I felt very comfortable with him and had a good feeling that he would be doing my pool. I also met with two other pool companies but did not get that same feeling with either that I did with Jack. The final three estimates were all competitive, Supererior was not the lowest but I knew that they were the ones that I wanted. I followed up with subsequent meetings with Jack and Josh and my original thought on what I wanted was turned into a great design by them and a promise to get this pool started and finished in my timeline. Being a building contractor I know what timelines mean and it was especially important in my case. I was having my son's wedding reception at my house and I needed this pool done in time! Jack's guys and crews worked non-stop. The timeline was very short on when this wedding and reception was to go on later in the summer. Jack was very receptive on my ideas as the pool took shape from the excavation to the finish. Jack suggested several planter and fountain details that I never would have thought of and they all turned out perfect. The pool, spa, equipment layout, and all the finishes came together within my timeline and the pool was used at the wedding reception! It all turned out way better than how I had envisioned it. Since that time and up to the present my pool has functioned flawlessly and I only get high praises whenever anyone is over and sees the pool. I can without reservation recommend Superior Pools for any pool or spa project. Jack, Josh, and Jessica made this project run seamlessly and turn out beautiful. more

We recently had our Dream Pool build by Superior Pools . We made the decision to contract with them over two other contractors because of their clean bussiness history, accredited BBB, and active state contractors liscense. Plus they were open to work with our design :) more

Ended up with a nice pool ,I was swimming way befor completion date. The road getting their was not so good!!!! The three JJJ need to communicate with each other and the customer.OVERALL I WILL SAY GOOD JOB AND LEAVE IT AT THAT. more

When I purchased our pool, my husband was not in agreement with that, he said that it was too much money, but now in our 2nd year, he learned that that was the best investment in "OUR" family time that we had ever done. We have such a wonderful time with our children and the maintenance of the pools are basically "NONE". Comparing to what my sister has to go thru with her pool (1/4 in size of ours).
