I purchased (2) of their date coders because I couldn't keep one running long enough to fulfill orders (we're a brewery that date codes beer & soda 20-25 hrs of run time a week) and all this did was double my troubles. The company outright lies on their repairs as I took pictures & videos of the equipment prior to sending them back (which I even enclosed in the packaging & emails) yet they still made false claims and held my machines as hostage. As of this complaint BOTH machines are in for ridiculous false claims (such as we abuse them). In total I've had them repaired 9X for an average bill of $450 each time. The last straw was I sent one back (while they still had one in their possession) for supposed "warranty" work as we only had it in our possession for 2-days; yet once again they have an outrageous claim and bill. They will not allow me to talk to anyone except the person who answers the phone Alexis Armenta who readily admitted 9-repairs on these was inexcusable; yet he refused to allow me to talk to his boss. more

Worst customer service ever. If you do decide to work with these people I would suggest you submit your order in writing. That is the only way you will be able to prove what you actually ordered. I was sent (and charged for) items in my last order that I DID NOT order and when I called to let them know about their mistake and to find out the return policy I was told I DID order the extra items and there was no return policy. I could not return the items. What? Very clever grasshopper. Any future business dealings with them will be done in writing. more

The worst experience I have ever had in my life! Products are expensive and designed to fail, getting you to purchase more. Also one of the worst customer service and tech supports around. If you can, buy from another company. Please read more reviews on this company before doing business with them. more
